Roy and his entire team did a great job with a difficult set of conditions. I am very pleased with his performance. After he completed the work I left the city and my son commented that the air handling system worked well. When returned home the weather was cold. I miss understood the instructions and could not get heat but with reading the instructions again I was able to get heat. My issue was resolved. Roy can relax now. He doesn’t need to travel the long journey. Thanks again!!
